I lead the launch campaign for the alcohol beverage company “Barry’s” whilst still at university, an early milestone in my advertising journey. The entire campaign was created and designed by myself, with my designs featuring on billboards through the city of Melbourne. I was employed for 6 months with the startup brand to lead the campaign and providing me with some great experience within the industry. The campaign targeted 18-25 year olds, capturing the excitement and recklessness of youth. My involvement within this campaign revolved heavily around strategy and design. My creative thinking and idea generation assisted with tightly focused advertisements that encapsulated the brands identity that helped an up and coming alcohol brand become a mainstay within the drinks market.
